I grew up running into Mum’s kitchen, where her secret chili crisp filled the air with love. When I moved to the UK, I missed that taste of home so much I brought her recipe back to life. Handcrafted in small batches, refined again and again until it was just right: bold, fruity heat with Sichuan soul, yet light and guilt-free.
